How do I perform an online booking?
Select your route and travel date on our booking widget, choose your boarding and dropping points, then press "Search Bus". Follow the prompts to choose your seat and complete payment via M-Pesa or card for instant confirmation.
What are the booking prices to different destinations?
Fares from Nairobi to Kampala start from KES 3,500 for Express Coach. Nairobi to Kigali is KES 7,000, Nairobi to Goma is KES 8,000, Nairobi to Juba is KES 8,500 and Nairobi to Mbarara is KES 6,500. VIP class available on all routes. Prices may vary based on season and availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, debit/credit cards and bank transfers. Your ticket is sent immediately via SMS and WhatsApp after payment confirmation.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund or free rescheduling. Same-day rescheduling is subject to a 10% re-booking fee.
Do you have direct bus routes to Kampala, Kigali and Goma?
Yes! Modern Coast Ltd operates direct daily routes from Nairobi to Kampala, Kigali, Goma, Juba, Bujumbura and Mbarara. Cross-border travel includes stops at designated border points for customs clearance.

Terms of Service
1. About this service. Modern Coast Ltd provides express bus ticket booking between cities in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Tanzania and the DRC.
2. Booking and payment. A booking reference is issued when your booking is submitted. Tickets are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card or bank transfer.
3. Departure times. Departure times and fares are indicative and may change. Arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
4. Cancellations. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund or free rescheduling. Same-day changes attract a 10% re-booking fee.
5. Liability. Modern Coast Ltd is not liable for delays caused by weather, border controls, road conditions or events outside our control.

Privacy Policy
1. What we collect. Your name, phone number, travel route, date and seat selections, used solely to process and confirm your booking.
2. How we use it. To issue tickets, contact you about your trip and provide support. We never sell your personal information.
3. Payments. Processed through M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card or bank transfer. We do not store card numbers on this website.
4. Data retention. Booking records are kept as long as needed to operate the service. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads cookies to measure when a visitor who came from our ads taps our WhatsApp or Call buttons, and to improve which people see our ads. Google receives your browsing activity on this site and ad-click details, never your name or phone number. These tags do not run for visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Canada.
